Terms and conditions of use and sell

The internet shop JAPON-KARA.COM is the property of Japon-Kara (Tenjin Chuoku 3-15-25 604 Fukuoka Japan). The terms and conditions of use and sell have to be check before the payment of a n order. Therefore any command validate by Japon-Kara (via an e-mail) indicate that the customer has check the terms and conditions of use and sell bellow.

Products

Every product on Japon-Kara.com have a detailed description on a sheet in the catalog.

The products presented on the site are valid while stocks last. We reserve the right to change the products according to constraints related to our suppliers. If it happens that the products ordered are indesponibles, we will notify customers by e-mail as soon as possible.

If it is impossible to provide those products or equivalent (validated by the client), Japon-kara will refund the customer through the payment system Paypal or Skrill (Moneybookers) or by a discount equal to the value of the order. The client will choose from one of these solutions.

Prices ans Tax

The prices are displayed in Euro. The shipping price is not include. Japon-Kara is in Japan, that's why the products price and the shipping costs are not being added to the consumption tax in Japan, for deliveries outside of Japan.

The import of a product from Japan may be subject to taxes and to Customs Tariffs in the country of delivery. These supplementary costs are the customer’s responsibility. Japon-Kara cannot control or predict these customs costs, that's why Japon-Kara can't be held for responsible to the application the taxes and Customs Tariffs.

Minimum order value

The minimum order value is 15 Euros without including the shipping costs.

METHOD OF PAYMENT

The payment is in Euro or US Dollar. All transaction are secure and crypted. We don't keep any information related to your credit card.The payment system are :

-Skrill (Moneybookers): payment via a Skrill (Moneybookers) account(you can put money on your account by bank wire or credit card.)

-Directly pay with your credit card via Skrill (Moneybookers) ( you don't need an account)

-Paypal: paiement via a Paypal account or by credit card ( you don't need a Paypal account to pay with a credit card

If the customer choose to pay by credit card using Paypal or Skrill (Moneybookers), the customer will be redirect to their (Paypal or Skrill) website, the transaction will be more secure ( using a secure protocol SSL).

The informations given during the payment process will be managed by the payment company ( Paypal or Skrill) at anytime of the process Japon-Kara don't acces to the customer bank informations

Order Confirmation

The order is validated by the various validations step during the order process, namely: validation of the products's list, billing address and delivery, accept the Terms and conditions of use and sells when choosing a carrier, the choice of payment method.

When the order will be validated ( after Japon-Kara received confirmation of the payment), the customer will receive a confirmation e-mail.The sale will be considered final. If it happens that the products ordered are out of stock, we will notify customers by e-mail as soon as possible. Japon-Kara can not be held responsible for the shipment of goods for which there are laws or restrictions on imports into the country of destination. In case of doubt, it is the responsibility of the customer to be sure that imports of these products is permitted by the laws of the country of destination.

Cancel and Confirmation

We reserve the right to cancel any order for which we had determined that there is a real or perceived risk of fraud, without prejudice to damages.   We reserve the right to ask the buyer to send a confirmation its written order, either by fax or by mail or by e-mail (via a scanner).

Delivery

It is the responsibility of the customer to provide the exact address of delivery. No refund of the delivery fee will be made after the package has been shipped.

No refund of postage will be made if the package come back by the carrier for failure to claim the package

All order are send from Fukuoka by the Japanese Post or EMS (the customer will have the choice during the order process, before payment)

The shipping price vary by the weight of the order and by the delivery mode. We deliver in Europe, USA, Canada, and Asia.

The package weight is calculated automatically according to the customer's basket content, and the shipping price is also calculated automatically.

All orders require 1 to 3 days for preparation, except during exceptional periods.

There is no shipping on Sundays and Japanese holidays.

Delivery times given below are average, and are for indicative purposes only. Japon-Kara's responsibility can be incurred for exceeding these time limits or a package lost by the transport company.

Japon-Kara cannot be responsible for the loss or damage of packages. We highly recommend an insured method of shipping, especially for large orders.

Delivery Method :

Economic SAL :

This delivery are managed by the Japan post office then by the national post office of the delivery country.

Cheapest way with a limit of a 2kg package and a total size limit of 90 centimeter.

No-priority shipment, need 1 to 3 weeks around(sometimes less, sometimes more), there is no tracking number, no insurance. When the package is in transport network, it's impossible for Japon-Kara and the customer to know where is the package.

If the package is lost, Japon-Kara.com or the Japan post office can't be held for responsable.

The shipping price are calculated by 500 grams range.

Japan Post Parcel :

Japan Post will manage the package until the delivery country, after that the national post will take care of the package.

Non-priority shipment, need 5 to 10 working days. Maximum insurance refund is 20.000 Yen.

The shipping price are calculated by 1 Kg range.

Japan Post Boat :

Japan Post will manage the package until the delivery country, after that the national post will take care of the package.

Non-priority shipment, need from 1 to 3 months. Maximum insurance refund is 20.000 Yen.

The shipping price are calculated by 1 Kg range.

Express EMS :

EMS will manage the package until the delivery country, after it's different for each country. In FRANCE, CHRONOPOST will continue the shipment. In SWISS and BELGIUM it will the national post office

Priority shipment, need 3 to 5 working days, there is a tracking number and an insurance for damage or loss. Maximum insurance refund is 20.000 Yen ( around 160 Euro)

The shipping price are calculated by 250 grams range.

The tracking number will be send by e-mail, when the package will be manage by EMS. You can track your package here or below.

For France's delivery, you will can follow your package by using CHRONOPOST when it will be in France.

We remember you that The import of a product from Japan may be subject to taxes and to Customs Tariffs in the country of delivery. These supplementary costs are the customer’s responsibility. Please note that very often products arrive at their destination without incurring in any supplementary costs. Japon-Kara cannot control or predict these customs costs.

The order are send with my name and not with the website name, and the custom declaration form will be fill with "gift" value, these two steps will reduce the probability that your order will be opened by customs.

COMPLAINTS and return

If the products delivered do not comply with the order or have a defect, (partly broken or missing) the purchaser may, within 7 days from the date of delivery, return them to Japon-Kara. Upon receipt and verification of nonconformity or defect, Japon-Kara will replace the product. If it becomes unavailable, Japon-Kara repay the buyer via PayPal or Skrill (Moneybookers) price of the product in question.

Return Condition

-Any products return can be done after obtaining a return number and bye the validation of Japon-Kara.com. The request is made via the online bill which can be found in the customer's account. Japon-Kara reserves the right to request photos of products before accepting the return.

- Products must be returned to us in the state in which you have received it, the returned products must be under conditions of an adequate packaging.

-Any request for return must be addressed in JAPON-KARA within a maximum of 7 days from the receipt of product. Any claims made after this deadline will not be accepted.

-The cost of the initial shipment and the return will not be refund. The products returned with postage due or cons-reimbursement will be refused.

Products not listed in the catalog, but the customer asked us to seek and provide it, will not be exchanged or refunded.

It is the responsibility of the buyer to make, if need, the usual objection before taking delivery of the package. Japon-Kara will not proceed to an exchange of a broken item or damaged during shipping if you accepted the package in the normal state.
